Byz - While my brother was in the Army in Germany, I drove his Vega station wagon, known as the Nomad, to and from graduate school, just over 900 miles from Savannah to South Bend. The four cylinder engine struggle with the mountains in NC, KY, and TN, but we made it!

Not a bad looking car despite its poor build quality and being prone to rust. Fill the oil, check the gas!
