The "other" category belongs to US surveillance efforts, about 2%, and to Russian hackers, 98%. Both use software that hides their location.
Pretty cool! Congratulations for drawing a crowd. Some of the traffic may be redirected server traffic. But the raw numbers look really good. Have you thought about conducting a review of why people like your blog? Then you can emphasize those sorts of posts while keeping the quirky posts that may generate the most responses. Good job!
Personally think majority of such "information" is bogus due to servers know no borders. I take no precautions at all, my phone service servers are nowhere near where I live, and mislead as to my location anyhow. Much less, the huge numbers who now run privacy programs routing through servers worldwide.
There is an old saw as to determining what choke a shotgun has by trying a dime in the muzzle, theoretically it told the gun was Full choke/tight patterning. A very experienced national champ shooter observed that the check showed two things...that you had a dime and had a shotgun.
Similarly, those numbers prove you have a blog, and viewers use servers.
...OR maybe those extra-terrestrials have finally devised a way to communicate with us?
What do you mean, finally? They have been talking to everybody for years.
