Pope Francis celebrates Mass in a very, very typical Roman parish today at the parish Church, "Santa maria dell'Orazione di Setteville di Guidonia." This type of music is quite common in Rome and throughout the world. The question is how to move from this to the organ and more classical sounding Catholic chant and motets? But the populous seems to like this and won't budge. But overall the liturgy and this modern church building are very nice and builds up the faith rather than tears it down.
Also Pope Francis art of celebrating the Mass must be recommended for priests throughout the world. If most would follow his lead in his style and spirituality of celebrating Mass (facing the people in an ad orientem sort of way) our liturgies would be greatly improved!
