LET ME BRAG ON THE CHRISTMAS SPIRIT OF MY PARISH AND DEANERY!
Our Family Advancement Ministries headed by Sister Roberta, Daughter of Charity, has an annual "Gifts of Love" drive for gifts for children of needy families. The gifts are all organized for families to come and pick up on Friday, December 20th. We estimate that there is well over $20,000 worth of gifts in these pictures.
In addition to these deanery contributions, our parish takes up a second collection the first Sunday of December for Toy for Tots. This year's collection was over $4,000!

AWESOME!!! Pope Francis should have NO problem with your parish! American Christians are the most generous people on earth...
I hope that any of needy parish families at St Joseph's, St Peter Claver or Holy Spirit will be getting some of these.
