DRIVE THROUGH BLESSING WITH HOLY WATER AND BENEDICTION OF THE MOST BLESSED SACRAMENT

Come one, come all, from the orient, south, north and west! Saint Anne Catholic Church in that international metropolis of Richmond Hill, Georgia, 10040 Ford Avenue, will have a drive through blessing of parishioners, items to be blessed, like water, oil and other religious items.

The Knights of Columbus will direct traffic. Each car with its occupants, things to be blessed will get sprinkled with Holy Water to deliver them from the invisible demons and viruses that afflict us and then receive our Lord’s blessing, not the priest’s blessing, but OUR LORD’S BLESSING (BENEDICTION)!

Will you be providing General Absolution now that the Vatican has confirmed the current exceptional circumstances meet the necessary conditions?

No, my Archbishop, soon to be Atlanta’s says we don’t need it yet. Home acts of perfect contrition will suffice with each one resolving to go to confession once the hysteria subsides.

For those interested in seeing a TLM in a small American Midwest parish, Holy Family of Dayton, Ohio will livestream tomorrow at 10330 EDT/1430 UTC on http://livemass.net/

FWIW, our Knights of Columbus are coordinating home delivery of groceries for elderly and sick as a corporal work of mercy.

Personally, I am getting a lot out of this Lent.

Don't listen to the cynic Frangipanni, Fr. McD. I think what you are doing is AWE!SOME!

I love that you are doing whatever you can to bring the people comfort and peace, and to bless them and help them through this fearsome time. Blessing them with Our Lord is a most wonderful and awesome way to bring them some level of consolation.

God bless you Fr. McD, now and always.

God bless.
