Are you sure? I think it’s the reflection of your eye in the camera site.
Yes, RCG, I saw it first with my sun glasses on and then took them off and looked but it was faint as the sun was so bright on my eyes. I could only look for a second. That's when I decided to take the photo to see if my eyes were deceiving me.
btw, with my sun glasses on the ring around the outer darker circle was clearly a rainbow in color.
Even our lenses are polarized? Politics, schism, heresy has infected everything.
But I could see the rainbow ring with my naked eye and the cloud around the sun was darker than outside the rainbow ring.
"btw, with my sun glasses on the ring around the outer darker circle was clearly a rainbow in color. That's the effect of polarized lenses.
I am not debating the enhancement of the polarized sun glasses, but I saw the rainbow circle and darker clouds in the center WITHOUT SUN GLASSES AND BEFORE I TOOK THE PICTURE! Read what I wrote above your comment A@8:56 AM!
Yes, and when you put the sunglasses on, "... the outer darker circle was clearly a rainbow in color."Yes, the polarized lenses enhanced the rainbow effect. That's what polarized lenses do.https://science.howstuffworks.com/innovation/everyday-innovations/sunglass6.htm
Yes, I saw the rainbow with the naked eye, no polarized sun glasses which clarified what I was seeing and what was caputred on iPhone camera.
