I can offer here not a bombshell but an interesting inside little piece of information, and perhaps a possible warning to any of the readers, of your admirable blog, who may be members of various traditional Latin Mass communities...
(Perhaps you and others here are already aware of the following?)
A number of Latin Mass groups and communities, apparently mainly in the USA, but also in several other nations (France, Argentina even Canada...) have received emails claiming to have been written and sent by a young layman in Italy undertaking research and writing etc for a master's thesis in theology or PhD - or some such nonsense..
This email politely asks questions of Latin Mass parishes/people etc in the USA, mainly, so as to assist him in his post graduate studies (or some such nonsense) ...
Of course, people smarter and more knowledgeable than me are claiming this, likely, is a pathetic, dishonest attempt to gather incriminating statements from TLM people, TLM groups/communities.
Who knows, it is at least possible, something dishonest and suspect is occurring here, I suppose..
Stranger things, MUCH stranger things have happened in the Church over the past decade or so..
On a lighter note:
I think plagiarism is always intellectually dishonest, obviously, and taken to extremes like your Good Catholic 😉 President has been guilty of ... plagiarism can be morally wrong (see the stealing of even details of a British politician's life events details; not just his words - Neil Kinnock (sp?), I think..)

....Apparently, even such Cardinals as Roche and priests like Slim Jim Martin had become concerned over Francis's increasingly morbid fear of anything that had occurred within Catholicism before the Year of our Lord 2013 - and strongly encouraged Francis to seek some therapy for this phobia..
