JUST LIKE POPE FRANCIS’ SYNODAL WAY IS NOT A POLITICAL PARLIAMENTARY PROCEDURE TO CORRUPT THE CHURCH’S SACRAMENTAL ANTHROPOLOGY, FAITH AND MORALS…
This was Mother’s Day Traditional Latin Mass. And guess what? I prayed the Prayers of the Faithful with the faithful’s response during the Mass. Look at what point of the Mass I did this below these non-advertising photos in random order:
The Universal Prayer, aka, the Prayers of the Faithful, aka, the General Intercessions, aka, the Bidding Prayers, were prayed as the conclusion of the stunning, brilliant, inspiring, moving, homily I gave but as a part of the same homily:
(Please kneel and pray for God’s blessings upon all our mothers.)
P. Our help is in the name of the Lord.
R. Who made heaven and earth.
For our mothers, who have given us life and love, that we may show them reverence and love, and others who show us a mother’s love, we pray to the Lord.
For adoptive mothers and for the women who wish to give birth but experience challenges, that they know your care, we pray to the Lord.
For mothers who have lost a child through death, that their faith may give them hope, and their family and friends support and console them, we pray to the Lord.
For those who wish to serve as mothers, but are not able to do so, that they know your comfort, we pray to the Lord.
For mothers who have died, that God may bring them into the joy of his kingdom, we pray to the Lord.
Let us pray:
Loving God, as a mother gives life and nourishment to her children, so you give life and care for your Church.
Bless + these women, as we celebrate this day in their honor. May they be strengthened as Christian mothers.
Let the example of their faith and love shine forth.
Grant that we, their sons and daughters, may honor and appreciate them with a spirit of profound respect.
May the example of the Blessed Virgin Mary, the Mother of God and our Blessed Mother, inspire them to live their vocation as Christian mothers and call their children to faith.
Guide and protect them in challenging times and help them to continue to trust in you all the days of their life.
Grant this through Christ our Lord. Amen.

I like this prayer! Thank you for it and may its invoked blessings reflect on you.
Father McDonald,
This is off topic, kinda of. Just like the Vatican lies about the TLM and does its very best to suppress it, here is how Jonathan Turley, constitutional scholar, sees the evil, corrupt, national media, hiding BIden Family Corruption:
https://thehill.com/opinion/white-house/4003066-americas-state-media-the-blackout-on-biden-corruption-is-truly-pulitzer-level-stuff/
The blatant double standards and hypocrisy is astounding. The single, greatest threat to Democracy in the US is the national media aka the Dem's PR Arm.
God Bless! You are right of course.
Kinda off topic - no WAY OFF TOPIC - the corruption of the evil Trump kids is out there to see in their required filings.
"Reports put Jared Kushner and Ivanka Trump's combined outside income earned during the Trump administration at between $172 million and $640 million. Reporters investigating their disclosure made it clear that $640 million was part of a broad range estimate, not a total amount earned. An additional claim about Kushner earning $2 billion for a "cover-up" of Jamal Khashoggi's murder is unsupported by evidence (although a firm owned by Kushner did receive a $2 billion investment from Saudi Prince Mohammed bin Salman, who was blamed by American intelligence agencies for ordering Khashoggi's death)."
But, it's the Biden family that MUST be guilty of influence peddling... The blatant double standards and hypocrisy of some who post here is astounding.
Fr K is likely drowning himself in booze tonight over the Durham Report or is in total denial. He still believes abortion is healthcare, otherwise why would a rational human being vote for the Party of Moloch which is currently destroying the purchasing power of Americans to make leftwing loons happy? He still thinks it it is ok for the Biden’s, Obama’s and Clinton’s to make millions off of government service while President Trump donating his salary and losing millions off of government service during his presidency is evidence of corruption. Fr K is the Mark Thomas of the clerical class - wrong but never in doubt!
TJM - You continue with your lies. I do not believe abortion is healthcare. You know this, yet you continue to lie.
Fr K, you must believe abortion is healthcare because you keep voting for the Party that insists it is, demands we pay for them, and wants it legal up to the moment the child comes down the birth canal - pretty evil stuff. You are the one who is lying, to yourself. No Christian, let alone a priest, should be empowering their evil. Their new evil is transgenderism and grooming of children, so you are empowering that as well. No proportionate reason exists to justify your voting record. Fyi, if you had any intellectual honesty you would also admit that the working class was far better off under President Trump than Grifter Joe who has triggered high inflation and diminishing purchasing power for them, but Cher is happy
TJM - Read this for the sixth or eighth or twelfth time - I do not believe abortion is health care.
I'm glad you keep up with Cher's moods...
TJM - The Church says there may be proportionate reasons when it comes to voting. As ALWAYS, I will stick with the guidance that comes from the Church and not from you.
Fr K,
Name just one "proportionate" reason. You can't
Here's something to chew on:
"FBI agents Ashley Roberts and Kathleen Brown showed up at the childhood home of pro-life activist Elise Ketch on April 18 around 2:45 pm." This is what you are voting for, government goons intimidating people who support the Church's position on abortion. I SUSPECT they never show up at the doors of the violent, Democratic Party's stormtroopers, BLM and Antifa, whose antics have destroyed homes and businesses in minority communities. Your attitude is baffling and appalling.
TJM - Here's something for you to chew on:
"A Catholic would be guilty of formal cooperation in evil, and so unworthy to present himself for Holy Communion, if he were to deliberately vote for a candidate precisely because of the candidate’s permissive stand on abortion and/or euthanasia. When a Catholic does not share a candidate’s stand in favour of abortion and/or euthanasia, but votes for that candidate for other reasons, it is considered remote material cooperation, which can be permitted in the presence of proportionate reasons."
- Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, 2004, Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger, Prefect
So, while you say proportionate reasons can't exist, the Church says they can. Given your erroneous understanding of the Church's guidance, you are plainly incapable of understanding ANY reason a person might present.
Thanks for the moral clarification, FRMJK. Thus all those who voted for Trump, despite his pathological lies, inciting the insurrection, sexual peccadilloes, moral bankruptcy, like almost every politician, can morally vote for him and all republican candidates because of the good things they promise, like appointing pro-life Supreme Court Justices who ended up overturning Roe V. Wade.
Fr. ALLAN McDonald. Cute but inane comment.
Yes, the Church leaves the voting booth decision-making to the individual and his/her conscience. It is the voter, not some Cardinal or TV Talking Head or angry blog poster, that gets to make the choice.
That is the point that some of your posters, TJM notably, fail to grasp.
Fr K,
You still have not overcome the proportionate reason standard. Just like you are livid that Trump started no new hot wars and he raised the living standards of the working classes, including minorities which shows how intellectually and morally bankrupt you are. A sick excuse for a human being let alone a priest
