When I lived in Illinois my local Episcopal Church celebrated their service ad orientem and their Church was far more Catholic in appearance than many local Catholic Churches
The Anglicans looted the silverware, so to speak, when they left the church but they took good care of it. When they come back, as they are doing, we will all be richer.
The processional cross in front of the coffin looks medieval, but was in fact gifted by Rodman Wanamaker (an Episopalian) in the 1920s. So that's one thing that wasn't looted!
