DID YOUR PARISH HAVE A CORPUS CHRISTI PROCESSION? OF COURSE MY PARISH DID!

Corpus Christi Procession on Sunday beginning from our main church following the 10:30 Mass and concluding with Benediction of the Most Blessed Sacrament at the entrance to our Martha and Mary Chapel. Not in proper order as dang blogger mixes it up although I input it in proper order—oh the humanity and divinity of it all:

Yes se did! It was beautiful, as always. The lady who produced the beautiful walkway art in colored wood chips has moved but some of the creative Altar Rosary Society ladies decided it was something they could do. It was as beautiful and joyful as always.

Very nice Father McDonald.

Fortunately I was able to be at St. John Cantius in Chicago. The Mass and Procession was magnificent. They will post pictures on their website. We had the Asperges, A Solemn Latin High Mass: priest, deacon, subdeacon, and the Procession. The Mass was standing room only in this very large church. A very diverse crowd: Hispanics, Blacks, Asians, and large families with children. The only thing missing was Santita being there to chide us all for being "rigid."
