You can join this Church too! And they have the benedictine altar arrangement, so what could go wrong with that?
Read the silly article at the National Chismatic Reporter (NCR) by pressing the title below. Enjoy the photos too, and like Toto too!
It's a new day in a new kind of Catholic church
Just lovely and so stylish and meaningful:
And the wonderful Benedictine Altar arrangement when facing the congregation:

I actually knew a woman who was involved publicly with one of these women's ordination groups. She found, to her surprise, that she had excommunicated herself and her parish priest told her she was not permitted to receive Holy Communion at the funeral of a close relative. For some reason, the pain of excommunication hit home with this woman and she repented of her mistake in a very public manner and came back to the Church. Even more shocking was that she soon found consolation in attending the Traditional Latin Mass at a parish that provided it.
Excommunication works. I wish more bishops had the guts to try it.
You mean our "Steak and Eggs" bishops? Perish the thought.
Looks like a bunch of Episcopalians with the lack of coordination in their vestments. If you have ever been to an Episcopal ordination (bishops for example), you might the bishop being ordained wearing a chasuble, others wearing copes or "choir dress", priests not wearing chasubles...what or who is this denomination anyway?

Well, I always thought to myself, if you don't like how the Roman Catholic Church does things, form your own church and then you can have any ritual or belief you want...
I guess they thought the same thing.
Good luck to them. I'll be interested to know how they fair when I go to meet my Maker...
God bless.

P.S. Please say a little prayer for a lovely lady named Mary C. who is dying. She just turned 90 the other day.
Bee, I'm happily praying for the soul of your friend, Mary C.
The bishopess appears to have committed the sin of gluttony
And when they go off to their eternal rainbow reward, there will likely be few, if any, to take their place with the pitcher of Hi-C and bowl of cookies. Meaningless.
Bee - Please be assured of my prayers for Mary C. May she find serenity.

Thanks for your prayers for Mary C., Carol H (and everyone). I know when she gets to heaven (and I believe without any doubt she will, because she has lived a saintly life and has great devotion to the Blessed Virgin) she will gratefully pray for you as well.
And everyone, please excuse my misuse of the word "fair" in my comment. Of course I meant "fare."
God bless.

Bee, I just prayed for her.
Blessings!
I also said a prayer for Mary C. May God bless and help her at this time!
I offered some prayers for Mary C and will continue to pray for her.

Thank you all so much for your prayers for Mary C. She's the kind of person who will return, in gratitude, all the help you have given to her at this time.
God bless.
