What will happen to Cardinal Sarah already slapped down publicly by the pope on ad orientem?
What do you think?
Copied from sarahphobe Praytell:
Pope Francis Meets with Cardinal Sarah
Pope Francis met with Cardinal Sarah at 10:30 am this morning Roman time, Pray Tell has learned.
Cardinal Sarah has recently made news for portraying the difference between receiving Communion on the tongue and in the hand as a battle between the angels and Lucifer. Pray Tell’s Rita Ferrone commented on the cardinals’ statement at Commonweal: “Cardinal Sarah Does It Again.”
It is not known what the topic of the meeting was. Pray Tell will report more news as it emerges.

Benedict XVI has called Cardinal Sarah a spiritual master. Having read many of his writings, I can only say that he is a very pious man, probably a walking saint among us. His book "The Power of Silence" is difficult because it is so deep in showing how far we have strayed from listening to the voice of God in our hearts, as a result of the noise in our modern world which we take for granted. I doubt the folks at PrayTell understand or care about this "Silence," since it confronts the modern world that those folks are enamoured with.
If the pope fires Sarah, it would just show more of the pope's incompetence as the earthly "leader" of the Church.
racists!!!
Sadly, he's finished. Fall in line or get out...Unlike Father McDonald, I am not clairvoyant but this doesn't require any special, mystical ability to predict :)
I am shocked, shocked that someone with an MDiv from Yale Divinity School disagrees with Cardinal Sarah about theology. Shocked.
"Battle between Lucifer and the angels."
Really?
Over how communion is distributed?
Meanwhile, we have a Congress (US House) where a few weeks ago, 99% of Democrats (many of them Catholics) voted against a 20-week ban on abortions.
What next, a feud over what color vestments to wear on a certain day?!??
The only other bishop who speaks more about the devil is the Bishop of Rome.
RSC, you are the university that you eat hook, line and sinker!
