I am glad that Bishop Paprocki has the courage to tell it like it is and to call heresy and a heretic for what they are.
But! Pope Francis is the man to do that and he hasn’t but he has abused and mischaracterized those who love the TLM and persecute them to get them into the so-called in-line paying, praying and obeying Catholics!

I know Bishop Paprocki, he is a charming, but strong man. A civil and canon lawyer. The first TLM I witnessed as an adult in Chicago was celebrated by him. He clipped "fake Catholic" Dick Durbin's wings and has forbade him to receive Holy Communion. He is a hockey player and distance runner, a real man's man, of which the clergy has so few these days. Of course, the Vatican will punish him and promote more featherdusters. It's just how the Vatican rolls these days.
Hooray for Paprocki.
Cardinal McElroy is an embarrassment. Sadly, he could also be our next pope.
