M & M promotes a wonderful new tradition after Confession in its Super Bowl commercial. Once the penitent receives his penance and absolution, as the penitent departs, he offers the priest a bag of M&Ms, and concludes using this formula: “I wish you didn’t have to hear that” to which the Confessor responds “Amen”.
