AN AUSTRALIAN MAKE OVER AND NICE IT IS

 BEFORE:

AFTER:

Just getting rid of the 1970’s banners would have been a great improvement. My source for these photos did not name the church or bishop in Australia. Kudos to the parish community and the designer. The tabernacle “stand” for lack of a better name, is nicely done and does not look like a competing altar, especially from the congregation’s point of view.

Father McDonald, the header photograph that you had taken on the beach is tremendous.

Re the header : it reminds me of the movie The Quiet Earth. My brain works that way. 🫤

Father,

Did you take the beach photo for your masthead?

Great composition.

Now the question:

Is that a woman with a top-knot with a child OR

Is it a priest wearing a biretta and a cassock that's too short with a child?

That's beautiful. Praise God!

Over all very nice, I personally like a little more color but a VAST improvement. And you know what I bet it wasn't all that expensive to do. Just some architectural elements and paint sure beats the drab stone
