Would a bishop, even a cardinal, be removed from his archdiocese/diocese for mismanagement, like Strickland was, for mismanagement of his See? I ask; you answer. In this regard, I am speaking about mishandling sex abuse scandals in his diocese, which I don’t think Bishop Strickland was guilty of.

Strickland was booted for disagreeing with the Roman dictator. If he had been homosexual or sympathetic to them, he would have been promoted.
