BY ALL ACCOUNTS, POPE FRANCIS’ “WALK” TO AFRICA IS A SUCESS, BUT…WILL HIS INTERVIEW ON THE WAY BACK TO ROME STEP ON THAT SUCESS AND FOCUS US ON BEFUDDLED OFF-THE-CUFF REMARKS—A TRADITION OF THIS POPE AFTER GREAT PILGRIMAGES…

Those dreaded high and low altitude interviews and talking too much this pope does off-the-cuff often obfuscate the good things this pope does, especially with his pilgrimages or walks, although today it is “wheeling.”

Crux has a complimentary article on Pope Francis’ African Wheel”, but will that be shunted to the side by his tradition of high altitude off the cuff remarks to reporters on his flight back to Rome? Time usually tells.

Envoys, activists bullish about Pope’s impact in South Sudan

In regard to Pope Francis' press conferences/interviews, not to mention the 24/7/365 hateful blog/twitter attacks, fake news stories, as well as lies, that he has sustained:

None of the above has dampened the love, and respect, that Pope Francis has received from the overwhelming amount of the Holy People of God.

Survey after survey has noted the tremendous love, and respect, that the majority of the Faithful have held for Pope Francis.

Pope Francis, during his Wednesday General Audiences, has received repeatedly from the Faithful present an abundance of love and enthusiasm.

Throughout Pope Francis' reign, a monumental amount of love and respect has been palpable during his Apostolic Visits.

We have just witnessed in Congo massive crowds, filled, in particular, with young Catholics, who had flocked to worship God, as well to be with, our beloved Vicar of Christ, Pope Francis.

Long after he has completed this, or that, Apostolic Visit, even following his supposed "dreadful" press conference, the Faithful have remained impacted in holy fashion by Pope Francis' visit in question.

==================================================================

Via his February 28, 2013 A.D. address to Cardinals, Pope Benedict XVI demonstrated the manner in which are to regard Pope Francis:

Pope Benedict XVI:

"Among you is the future pope, to whom I promise my unconditional reverence and obedience."

"Unconditional."

Pax.

Father McDonald, I thank you for having posted the story in question.

I give you credit for the following:

Despite your poor opinion of holy Pope Francis, you have acknowledged the holy success that God has granted to Pope Francis' Apostolic Visit to Africa.

There are many Catholic bloggers/twitter folks who denounce Pope Francis daily. However, said folks are loathe to acknowledge anything positive, such as his current trip to Africa, in regard to Pope Francis.

At all costs, Pope Francis' detractors adhere to their false narrative that throughout the Church, Pope Francis is hated, isolated, and ignored.

Pope Francis' detractors are not keen to acknowledge that the Faithful, young, enthusiastic Catholics, in particular, have flocked in massive waves to be with His Holiness.

His detractors lack even the basic decency to ask their readers to pray for Pope Francis' safe travel, as well as those aboard the Papal airplane...as well as those who have traveled to be with the Pope.

Father McDonald, again, thank you for the positive news article in regard to Pope Francis' Apostolic Visit to Africa.

Pax.
