Fr McD - “ I am disappointed the papal high altar is still not be used, “

I suggest you get over it!

Well, the Holy Father says it's the work of the devil, the pandemic and not using the high altar. But of course, you will have to get over that as you more than likely think the devil is a mere metaphor and not to be taken literally like the fundamentalists do, for example, EF Catholics.

I don’t disagree that you’re fundamentalist!

Since Pachamama, it hasn't been used...it's interesting.

“Msgr Marini II,”

Why not obtain a copy of “Liturgical Reflections of a Papal Master of Ceromonies” by Guido Marini, published by Newman House in 2011?
It is a great collection of essays!

Marini II,

Of course you wrote it!
And your views and insights should be more appreciated on this blog.

Dear Marini, if only you knew how I also share your beliefs and understanding of Church doctrine and Church history and most importantly, Catholic liturgy.

Best wishes! My brother priest.

Yours SINcerely,

Archbishop Annibale Bugnini II.

What is it with the, dare I say, almost paranoia and obsession with some on this blog with Fr K?
For over a year I have made comments on this blog. I regard myself as an average, orthodox Catholic, who would if a traditional Latin Mass existed in my rural city attend that TLM as opposed to the standard novus ordo/new order Mass. Yet occasionally, even my comments are attributed to the dreaded Fr K !

The papal high altar HAS been used since Pachanamagate: that was in October 2019, and the Christmas and New Year masses that year were all celebrated at the high altar.

Father K is a democrat operative masquerading as a catholic priest
