No. I think they will double down and go one step further and limit the TLM to one celebration a day at the earliest time possible. These people are radical liberals. Their liberal ideology comes before everything.
Point of interest: Mass has not been celebrated at the high papal altar since the Pachamama Mass where Francis placed the bowl (engraved with Pachamama symbols) of dirt with the red flower on the altar during Mass. Just saying.
Very much a blast from the past! Progressive liturgists have always hated individual 'private' Masses which were after all a second millennium innovation.
In their place came a fabricated rite of 'concelebration' which seems to consist of numerous clerics, most of whom are not wearing chasubles, gathered round a 'butcher's block' altar giving what look like Nazi salutes.
When I was younger I was prepared to cut the post-V2 Church a considerable amount of slack. No longer. Life is (literally) too short to put up with its absurdities.
As with most such problems, it comes from spoiled clerics who never need worry over affording food, roof over head, paying for medical needs, or surviving retirement, and having entirely too much time on their hands due to not making time for God in their lives.
Just as the same surrounding empty spoiled society fills its emptiness with outrage over the most trivial of things. Neither of which group has ever had to truly work in their lives. Maybe it is past time they got REAL jobs and struggled for a spell. Maybe, just maybe, they might even remember God in their struggles.
