PRAYTELL KEEPS PROMOTING IDOLATRY AS IT CONCERNS THE WORSHIPING OF VATICAN II, ECCLESIOLOGY AND ACTIVE PARTICIPATION! SAD, TRAGIC AND ABSURD

Praytell is complaining about Robert Cardinal Sarah’s missive to Pope Francis, a brilliant piece of apologetic for private Masses, because Praytell sees Cardinal Sarah’s missive as having a foundation on the true worship of God, God’s personal relationship with each of us individually and collectively and the grace that enables us to have a personal relationship with God as individuals and collectively, through Jesus Christ.

You can read the Praytell missive that quotes others who prefer to worship Vatican II, Ecclesiology and Active Participation—all of which support my thesis that Praytell and like minded progressives are the problem for the Church’s proper worship, not the solution.

You can read Praytell going down the rabbit hole (fortunately it also links to Sarah’s brilliant letter heads and above Grillo and Faggioli (Beans), but I digress:

Cardinal Sarah Asks the Pope to Lift the Ban on “Individual” Masses at St. Peter’s

Here is Fr. Antony’s downfall into idolatry, money quote:

I expect Pope Francis will hold firm. Let us hope that the current discussion, with all its confusion and contention, leads toward a greater understanding of the the Second Vatican Council and the reformed liturgy of the Catholic Church. That would be a great grace.

My final comment:

Let us hope that Pope Francis will heed Cardinal Sarah’s brilliant apologetic which will lead the Church to a greater understanding of God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit so that the liturgies of the Catholic Church, all rites, as well as the two expressions of the one Latin Rite will make clear that the Church, clergy and laity, are creatures of the Most Holy Trinity and our worship is of God not Vatican II, not ecclesiology, not a particular interpretation of the Vatican II documents, not active participation and certainly not anyone who disagrees with God. That would be a great grace.

We don’t need more apostasy as in Germany and other progressive countries, religious orders and the like. That would be a great grace.

Denying priests the ability to offer up the Sacrifice in the heart of God's Church, denying pilgrims a chance to hear the Mass in own language with a traveling priest, and everyone required to attend only Italian, is a gross injury to all and the very height of Italian clericalism.

Praytell should be screaming bloody murder along with Father Marinara and his talk of hiatal hernias or whatever, rather than being hemmorhoids.

Anyone objecting to those priests and pilgrims ability to use the side altars is a control freak who cares not about the Mass but only control, and shows they really have no life at all in contesting such, and also shows them spoiled rotten with support of the faithful and too much free time on hands, and perhaps time they were made to get a real job in the secular world they love so very much.

Anonymous at 4:06 pm,

If you posted that comment at Father Z’s you would get his Gold Star for the day’s best comment!

Feel free to post it yourself, although you might want to delete the Father Marinara part since it references our Jesuit-wannabee-in-residence and his attempts to offer a lie as truth, again.

Personally have no desire for getting a gold star for only stating the utterly obvious, that these folk are spending far too much supported-by-others time on THE most piffling things simply to take and maintain control. And then call it "synodal". Just as Marinara, peddling outright lies as truth, and sworn ministers doing this. That they don't burst into flames or start peddling satan shoes is a wonder.
