This was a fairly good interview until the end. How can children formed in this liturgical crap take the Church and their Catholic Faith seriously as an adult??????

they won't. As the Church sheds more members, the crackpots come up with even goofier methods to try and attract people to the Faith.
When I was a child going to mass with immediate AND extended family, I though heaven was opening up at the altar. Then came VII and the crumbling of families. And now a pope who has great disdain for all that "rigid stuff." The enlightened leaders will just continue till all that "old fashioned junk" is forgotten. (Or excommunicated)
Spiritual dad? Good except he seems to be making the modern parental mistake of trying to be the 'cool' parent....one who is a friend instead of a parent. They find it hard to say NO for fear of not being liked. So would he allow those children to skate into Mass?

In young man’s defense this sort of antic shows how little leadership and good example exists in that diocese.
Cool beard, too. Fr. Maynard G. Krebs.

Is that an example of (V2-style) clericalism?
