I don't tweet or Facebook so a friend of mine sent me this Tweet from Rorate Caeli:

"just got some unbelievable Vatican news now (not rumor, news) but not authorized to publish it at this moment"

What could it be?

My guess is that Francis removed Cardinal Burke from the college of cardinals.

The Pope joined the Anglican Church?

I thought it might be about Medjugorje too.

But Fr Hunwicke's had something on his blog a couple of days ago about there being a conclave in October. That really would be big news.

"Mejorgori" announcement?

Perhaps Pierogie...

Pizza and beer have been approved by the Pope as elements for Communion, the entire corpus of Peter, Paul, and Mary songs will be incorporated into the hymnal, and tie-dyed vestments will be permitted.

A conclave in October, to deal with the five Dubia? And the possible reelection of either Pope Francis to confirm his magisterium or to rebuke with Pope Benedict or a conservative middle, right leaning candidate? πŸ€”

Pope Francis will officiate at the wedding of Fr. Spadaro to Fr. James Martin.

And Cardinal Marx will be the matron of Honor and Cards. Cupich, Wuerl, Schumborn will be the flower girls. Not really hard to imagine is it.

I think if Pope Francis wants to discern the dubia and be vindicated or rebuke, apart from a Conclave, His Holiness could call all the cardinals of the world to discuss in secret the issues facing His Holiness' papacy--or more dramatically, and this good be good or bad, all the bishops of the world to a new Vatican Council, to deal with today's moral issues--do we take the road that Pope Francis is widening that the Anglican Communion began when they effectively eliminated Natural Law as a consideration in all things sexual or do we team up with the Eastern Orthodox and their moral theology? Or does the Council confirm Pope Benedict's vision of the Second Vatican Council as he highlighted in his Christmas address to the cardinals a year or so after his election?

I just returned from Rorate Caeli's Twitter feed. Rorate mocked His Holiness Pope Francis via the following tweet:

"And, of course, Pope Francis' deep thoughts on economic matters make him a front-runner in the Nobel Memorial Prize in Economics." 2014 A.D., two-faced Rorate Caeli attacked Father John Zuhlsdorf and additional "conservatives" in regard to Catholic Social Teaching.

To bolster their attack against Father Zuhlsdorf and additional conservatives, Rorate Caeli employed His Holiness Pope Francis.

Here is what Rorate Caeli said about Pope Francis' teachings in regard to economics:

"Once again, the Traditional Catholic voice went unheeded. Very few indeed have been making the case, a case that is true, that the positions stated by Pope Francis on economic and social matters are much closer to the Traditional Catholic position on the economy and the State than not.

"Indeed, it can be said unhesitatingly that this is one area in which the Pope will find mostly allies in Traditional Catholics. They know by heart, also as victims of injustice (including within the Church), that the doctrine of the Church regarding people, society and economic relations, and individuals faced with government, is one which privileges "justice" as its foundational aspect."

Rorate Caeli despises the Vicar of Christ, Pope Francis. Time and again, Rorate Caeli has attacked Pope Francis...lied about Pope Francis...trafficked in fake news in regard to Pope Franics.

However, when it has been to their advantage, Rorate Caeli has employed Pope Francis as an ally.

Rorate Caeli has denounced Father Zuhlsdorf frequently. In 2014 A.D, Rorate Caeli attacked Father Zuhlsdorf's stance in regard to economics. Rorate Caeli enlisted Pope Francis to prove that Father Zuhlsdorf is at odds with Pope Francis' orthodox teachings in question.

Today, however, as they are not on the attack against Father Zuhlsdorf, Rorate Caeli mocked with glee the Vicar of Christ, Pope Francis.

Rorate Caeli may obtain the occasional news scoop. However, overall, they traffic often in lies about Pope Francis (as well as additional Churchmen).

Rorate Caeli is two-faced as they claim to be "traditional" Catholics who "respect the hierarchical Church, under Pope Francis."

In reality, Rorate Caeli has replaced said "respect" with daily vicious attacks against the "hierarchical Church"...and in particular, treat the Vicar of Christ, His Holiness Pope Francis, like dirt.
