WHATEVER LIBERALISM TOUCHES, IT DIMINISHES, INCLUDING RELIGOUS ORDERS, THE PAPACY, THE EPISCOPACY, THE CLERGY, THE LAITY AND YES CNN--A TRAINWRECK IN SLOW MOTION.....CHOO, CHOO....

OUCH! This has to be humiliating not only for the disgraced, fake news network, CNN but especially for disgruntled former Fox star, Chris Wallace. What will happen to him and his bias?

Whatever liberalism touches it eventually degrades and destroys, even itself. For that let us take comfort as the synod on synods unravels because of the schismatic Germans and their synodal process, kind of like CNN...

This is not liberalism, but leftism. Liberalism has been missing in action for decades. Unfortunately we have bishops and priests who are leftists. I recall that at its inception CNN was a decent news network.

While it is true that the news divisions of our media have a responsibility to be more than echo chambers, there is also a price to be paid by continually telling Americans HOW they are supposed to think and pushing a continual message that rejects our traditions, our values, our successes all while simultaneously applauding an administration that holds most Americans in contempt and jumps from one failure to another with utter disregard of its citizens.

When you keep selling a message that doesn't resonate, the end result is that no one listens.

Jerome Merwick,

And yet we have “Catholic” priests and bishops who vote in accordance with CNN dictates

Thank you TJM. I'll repeat, when you keep selling a message that doesn't resonate, the end result is that no one listens.

That also applies to the postconciliar Church.

Jerome Merwick,

I like to call it “tried and failed” yet they keep doing it! What I find hopeful is there are priests like Father McDonald who acknowledge the problem and are trying to change course unlike many of their contumacious and selfish brethren
