WILL ONE PRACTICING CATHOLIC DECIDE WHO WON THE PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION?

Truth can be stranger than fiction:

after reviewing the electoral map over at https://results.decisiondeskhq.com/, scroll over any state and look at the vote for "principled" 3rd party candidates)
all you principled voters that voted 3rd party because you just don't like Trump, congratulations you just helped elect the most radical pro abortion candidate in the country, and corrupt Joe Biden to boot.

If you think that Joe being catholic is a plus you are delusional, heels up Harris will be president (remember practicing catholic Nancy Pisslousy has already brought up the 25th,) and it wouldn't surprise me if she asks Killary or san fran nan to become vice president.

you have done you damage, so hold your head up high and tell us how good you are

Please stand in front of an abortion clinic when you do it, pride come before the fall, explain it to all the aborted murdered, that you stood on principal, so they should be proud and greet you at the gates of heaven for your principles

Egyptian, how can you say you are any better than the Anon you are responding to? It's not like fewer babies are murdered when a Republican is in the white house. Many here vote for the Republicans simply on principal even though it doesn't actually save anyone. If anything, statistics seem to show abortions rates don't drop as quickly under Republicans as they do under Democrats.

As Trump said at the debate - on national television - Roe isn't on the ballot and nothing is happening there. It's become a real Republican mantra do talk a big game about ending abortion and then holding back when they have real power to do so. They have more important things to worry about, I suppose. It'll be interesting to see how the super-mega-conservative-majority Supreme Court will figure out a way to continue to back abortion next time a case comes their way, because I'm 100% certain they won't touch Roe V Wade.

Vote for whoever you think is the best candidate. If that's a Republican, then go ahead. But don't pretend you are saving the unborn when you do and don't pretend I'm some kind of baby killer when I don't.

"A Catholic would be guilty of formal cooperation in evil, and so unworthy to present himself for Holy Communion, if he were to deliberately vote for a candidate precisely because of the candidate’s permissive stand on abortion and/or euthanasia. When a Catholic does not share a candidate’s stand in favor of abortion and/or euthanasia, but votes for that candidate for other reasons, it is considered remote material cooperation, which can be permitted in the presence of proportionate reasons.”

As much as you and others want to disregard the consciences of Catholics who do not agree with your political choices, the Church steadfastly defends the principles that you are so willing to trample upon.

Your macabre gates of heaven scenario exists only in your own mind, therefore, it does not scare me one tiny little bit.

"which can be permitted in the presence of proportionate reasons.”

I wonder why are you not quoting from the USCCB's most recent voting guidelines?

Proportionate:
agreeing in amount, magnitude, or degree
exhibiting equivalence or correspondence between different entities
correspondingly related in size, amount, or scale:
commensurable, commensurate, proportional.

There's the rub. What reason could be proportionate enough to vote for a candidate such as Mr Biden who has stated that as President he will suspend the Mexico City policy?

The Mexico City policy blocks U.S. federal funding for non-governmental organizations (NGOs) that provide abortion counseling or referrals, advocate to decriminalize abortion, or expand abortion services. It is a U.S. government policy that has required foreign non-governmental organizations to certify that they will not "perform or actively promote abortion as a method of family planning" with non-U.S. funds as a condition for receiving U.S. global family planning assistance.

Right there is one example of how voting can save innocent unborn human life, and also does not require taxpayers to help pay for ending it.

I've seen studies that suggest the Mexico City policy actually causes an increase in abortions as an unintended consequence.

I'm not aware of those studies. Sign up to get emails from the head of Human Life International as I do. There are countries in the world that do not want International organizations and foreign countries coming in and forcing abortion, abortion services,or abortifacients on their population as a stipulation for receiving aid. Unfortunately, some do give in, but not all. Lives are protected.
The main thing is, as a Catholic I do not want our country involved in that in any way and which we have been involved in under Democrat Presidents.
Under Mexico City, organizations that want our money cannot be involved in abortion services even using non-US funds.
