THIS WOULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED IF HILARY CLINTON HAD BECOME PRESIDENT

The greatest social justice issue since the creation of Adam and Eve is limiting or ending legal abortions. President Trump, criticize him as you wish on this, that and the other, has addressed the pro-life community in a positive way with his words and deeds in appointing a pro-life candidate to the Supreme Court.

This would not have happened under Hilary Clinton!

fake catholics (lay and clerical) who post here do not care. They are supporters of abortion on demand, selling of baby body parts, sodomite marriage, and illegal aliens invading. They should really become Episcopals

And the scary thing is that (California) ruling was only 5-4. The 4 liberal justices are "peas in a pod" when it comes to abortion, and doubtless they will try to "wait out Trump" before they retire, even if that means waiting til 2025.

Just imagine the battle when the next justice retires....

I am not a fan of Trump but given alternative of Clinton...well, she was not really an alternative!

Nor would it had happened if the Mitch McConnell and Republicans hadn't blocked Obama from filling Scalia's seat from Merrick Garland.

Sotomayer, the "Unwise Latina" is allegedly Catholic. But we have fake catholics (including clergy) who post here that have no problem with the baby death camps continuing.

Sotomayer may be the most radical of the Democratic appointees (to the US Supreme Court).

And yes, McConnell gets labeled a "career politician"---which he is (in his 34th year in Washington)---but even so, his refusal to have a vote on Scalia's successor while Obama was president literally saved the day for those of us tired of activist judges---the ones who want to hasten our cultural and moral decline. All the more reason to hope the GOP elects more senators this fall---certainly would be more cushion than the current 50-49 GOP margin in that chamber (I leave out McCain, who of course is seriously ill and thus not voting in Washington).
