ON THE VERY DAY THAT CARDINAL O’MALLEY ASKS THAT THE VATICAN NOT USE RUPNICK’S ART IN VARIOUS PUBLICATIONS, VATICAN NEWS SNUBS ITS NOSE AT THE CARDINAL—IS THIS NOW OPEN WARFARE BETWEEN A CARDINAL OF THE CHURCH AND A LAYMAN WHO IS A HIRED HAND?

 I don’t think we should minimize this disgrace and contempt for Cardinal O”Malley, but it is emblematic of the Vatican for the past 13 years.
