On Sunday I celebrated the 7 AM Modern Mass at St. Gregory the Great—all spoken, no music, full church and out in 40 minutes! It’s called the “Golfer’s Mass!” Then I went to Savannah for the 1 PM Traditional Latin Mass, all sung, all the bells and smells and it took one hour and 10 minutes. But time flies in eternity!

Ah, a decent mass....I remember those....would need drive an hour one-way to attend one, of either rite, now.
Congrats on evolving and maturing something the Vatican time servers have not done. I am not one who believes there was no need to continue organic and pastoral changes to the TLM like occurred over an 1800 years. But the hubris, arrogance and utter callousness of the 1960s wrecking crew was beyond the pale. John XXIII loved Latin, saying in Veterum Sapientia, that Latin is the language which joins the Church of today. He loved traditional liturgy and polyphony and chant. Unfortunately he died and was not able to control and direct liturgical reform. Unfortunately evil doers took over.
