At issue is likely, not those institutes allowed, but diocese Latin masses...FSSP and Christ the King SHOULD be safe...I should not be suprised after the rant by one of Francis' favorite ghost writer theologians, of a ban on Latin masses outside those few organizations...such as the masses you celebrate.
