JOHN NOLAN IS TRULY BLESSED WITH TRADITIONAL ENGLISH LITURGY AND NOW CHIC-fil-a!

John, Chic-fil-a is to chicken, what the EF Mass is to the Church. Also it is a Georgia company and closed on Sunday!

Just saw this tweet:

I arrive home to England to the news that @ChickfilA has opened its first UK restaurant in Reading. Surely this is the third miracle of Saint John Henry Newman?

Reading (Berkshire) is the HQ of the FSSP in England. Only the Anglicans have a traditional English liturgy (the BCP and AV bible) and they tend to use non-traditional styles of worship, as most Catholics do.

I'm blessed with the traditional Latin liturgy. However, I'll certainly give CFA a try.

If you can, get the grilled chicken with mustard and a slice of onion. Tomato in season is nice.

When I'm back in the UK, I'll be going.

My favorite is the spicy chicken sandwich as they provide it, chicken, dill pickle (not sweet!) and bun, nothing else!

I specify dill pickle, because I ordered a McDonald's burger in London and it had sweet pickles on it....horrible sacrilege!
