Once a year is more than enough!
Let’s hope that after TC traditionalists will have learnt not to use the pope’s graciousness as a platform for division and discord. Otherwise they might find Leo does not renew the concession next year!
This is still as often as Anglicans have been allowed to simulate sacraments in a Roman major basilica in the last three years.
