BOMBSHELL! MORE EVIDENCE FOR THIS THAN FOR GLOBAL WARMING! ALL THE MAIN STREAM MEDIA IS REPORTING THAT WE HAVE BEEN INVADED BY ALIEN INVADERS FROM OUTER SPACE AND A NATIONAL/WORLD SECURITY ISSUE? HOW WILL THE CHURCH EVANGELIZE THESE ALIENS WITHOUT PROSELYTIZING THEM?

One of my favorite TV shows which only aired for two seasons on ABC (1967-68) was Quinn Martin’s “The Invaders” staring Roy Thinis.

All of Quinn Martin’s TV productions were great!

The alien invaders from outer space did not like being outed and made sure that the media canceled the popular science fact show.

There certainly is more evidence for these alien invaders than for climate change and the Invaders TV show proved it as testimony in Congress is proving. I just hope the Capitol isn’t evaporated and not by climate change, BTW!

We know these aliens, here for decades, bodies which the government has, have been proselytizing  the world with their religion. That religion is two-pronged, those who are converted to nones and those who embrace the new age religion, both of alien origin but both cut from the same cloth!

How will the Church respond and evangelize these foreign visitors from a distant planet who don’t really want truth, justice or the American way?

It’s time for the Church to get off its synodal a** and do something before it’s too late, no?

The solution to the Church's problems has been around for centuries: To teach, to preach, to sanctify. Synods are a one to run away from all of that. The great irony of Vatican II is that instead of the Church influencing the world for the better, the World has influenced the Church for the worse.

Father McDonald said..."One of my favorite TV shows which only aired for two seasons on ABC (1967-68) was Quinn Martin’s “The Invaders” staring Roy Thinis. All of Quinn Martin’s TV productions were great!"

Absolutely!

Quinn Martin's shows were akin to Dragnet in that each had a very recognizable style and rhythm.

Father McDonald, I loved the "Next in color!" beginning of the youtube clip that you linked.

I recall vividly circa 1966-7 A.D. when CBS, as well as ABC, transitioned from black and white to color.

"The Invaders. Next in color on ABC!" "The F.B.I. Next in color on ABC!" "The Wild, Wild West. Next in color on CBS!"

American television 50 to 60 years ago! Sheer greatness!

Johnny Carson, Jackie Gleason, Jack Paar, Steve Allen, Jonathan Winters, Ed Sullivan, Dean Martin, Red Skelton, Carol Burnett, Lucy Ball, Jack Webb, Joey Bishop, Gunsmoke, The Munsters, Flipper, Gilligan's Island, Señor Wences.

Talk and variety shows featured the beginnings of Bill Cosby, Flip Wilson, Godfrey Cambridge, Tim Conway.

Here is an example of the type of TV show, as well as humor, that is long gone.

By the way, at the end of this funny clip, comedian Joe Besser steals, in my opinion, the scene.

There’s nothing to worry about. They come in peace; they are our friends; they have come to save us:

Here is a short segment from an episode of Arthur C. Clarke's Mysterious World — U.F.O.s.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qD8ls6ybLhg&t=1213s

At the 20:10 mark.

This is the 1970s supposed U.F.O. encounter in Scotland. Bob Taylor, a forestry worker, had reported an amazing story that the local police investigated.

I had read that at least for a time, the Bob Taylor incident had been the only supposed U.F.O. encounter that had been subjected to a police investigation.

Detectives had taken Bob Taylor's report seriously. Police had gathered physical evidence at the supposed encounter site. Police said that the physical evidence supported Mr. Taylor's story.

One thing is certain about U.F.O.s:

The following may be the funniest U.F.O. encounter ever.

Father McDonald, here is a short youtube segment from History:

-- Ancient Aliens: Secret Vatican Archives Contain Explosive Revelations (Season 5) | History

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=neCWY4XqEU8

The report claims, for example, that Pope Saint John XXIII had suppressed the Third Secret as said secret contained information in regard to extraterrestrials.

It is interesting that supposed Vatican "secrets" are known to the folks who appeared in the video.

Anyway, the following revelations in regard to Vatican "secrets" may prove fun to watch.

TJM and ByzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzRus appear to have little imagination or sense of humor.

Perhaps the following recent theological article from The Catholic Thing will spark interest, however. Here again, though, some might think the author lacks imagination (and perhaps even a sense of humor too?). Also, doesn’t he make the basic error that I believe St. Augustine warned about when discussing how to interpret the Creation story in Genesis—don’t box yourself in (or put God in a box) because it hurts credibility and faith if the facts and the truth then turn out to be different:

Mark @ 4:01 pm

I'm not following your comment.

I've not had time to spend on blog posts and was getting caught up quickly this a.m.

I'm also not familiar with the program so, any humor is going right over my head.

That said, TJM @10:56 a.m. is correct. I'm not sure I buy into this alien stuff, but, if they appeared, we should evangelize them for to not do so, relative to the cosmos and the place we occupy within it, would make our existence random which is contrary to our theology.

That's all.

The Robert Taylor supposed U.F.O. incident is interesting in that police detectives had garnered physical evidence at the incident site that supported Robert Taylor's amazing story. But that does not prove that his story points to extraterrestrial involvement.

Beyond that, my purpose here was to have fun with the topic in question. That is why I had linked to Jonathan Winters. That is why I had fun with 1960s American television shows and entertainers via Father McDonald's reference to 1960s The Invaders television show.

Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz...you later. Bye.
