As everyone knows, I am bi-diocesan, meaning I am a priest of the Diocese of Savannah while at the same time having faculties in the Diocese of Charleston.
In the spirit of bi-inclusion, St. Sulpice in Paris, France, has a bi-altar, one where the Holy Mass in either form can be celebrated facing the nave or away from the nave. What a symbol for the Church in the Now!

I know an extremely erudite, progressive, enlightened cleric who not just regularly comments on this blog, but has almost taken on the role of monitoring this blog with a devotion (a calling!) to enlighten his intellectual inferiors...etc
This cleric I have in mind
Is NOT non binary!
This cleric is definitely NOT politically non binary....
For if he was politically non binary and was NOT so blinded by a liberal, progressive ideology and was one of those interesting people who ARE politically non binary, a person, say who holds an interesting mixture of left of centre views on political economy etc but mostly socially conservative views on "culture war" issues...
Such a cleric, should be embrace being non binary would understand nuance and be more respectful of those who disagree with or challenge him and those who disagree with the progressive ideology he has so passionately embraced.
The altar arrangement is a Lazy St Susan
