HE MAY BE ANTI-ABORTION BUT HE IS NOT PROLIFE!

Thank God the Church is very strong and being made even stronger in her pro-life teachings. The seamless garment of the pro-life teachings of the Catholic Church from womb to tomb is the only antidote to the proliferation of violence in our world today, especially deadly violence.

With the killer, anything but pro-life, in Colorado, we see how lack of appropriate mental health in our country can lead the imbalanced to irrational violent and deadly acts. We let those with serious mental illnesses fend for themselves. Most become hermits and street people. Not all are violent but some of them can easily be provoked or radicalized into violence. Television 24 hour news stations don't help with their incessant coverage of acts of terror and violence turning them into entertainment reality shows for ratings.

There is a news story about a mother who buried her newborn baby alive. Fortunately the baby was found before the baby died and will recover. His mother will be charged with attempted murder and child abuse/endangerment. Thank God what she did wasn't legal. But if she had chosen to murder or attempt to murder her unborn child by going to an abortion clinic, there are no laws preventing it. There is simply no logic in pro-choice, pro-abortion politics and practice.

The Church under Pope St. John Paul II and now Pope Francis sees the necessity to be logical and consistent in our pro-life teachings to the point of renouncing now even the states right to the death penalty for hardened criminals or criminals such as on the one in Colorado Springs. The consistent ethic of life is good and sorely needed in our world today.

Laws need to be enforced that protect even those who kill under the protection of the law, those who assist in the death penalty and those who work in abortion clinics. Laws, however, need to be enacted and then enforced to shut down all death mills, abortion clinics and death row.

The Catholic Church is pro-life and she means it from womb to tomb!

If anybody wants to know who can and who can't be killed, just ask our resident genius and licensed gunslinger, Eugene. He's got it all worked out.

In this kind of case I agree with the argument used by the pro abortionists:

I'm personally opposed to killing abortion butchers, but I don't want to impose my personal beliefs on others.

Gob is fair game, ya'll.

Eugene wants the police to kill me....

No, no, not the police....how about if you got trampled by a flash mob at Wal Mart?

I in no way approve of what the Colorado shooter did, but it is ironic to hear Planned Parenthood people and their supporters condemning murder...

When the weekly Muslim atrocity happens we are told by our moral superiors that just because someone shouts "allahua ackbar" doesn't mean anything about their motives or their religion. That just because whole crowds of fellow believers are on tape agreeing with them, it means nothing at all about the nature of their ideology or their religion.

But let a verifiable nut-job loner, unaffiliated with anyone say - in a mountain of gibberish - "no more baby parts" and it's instantly seized as evidence that all pro-lifers are homicidal domestic terrorists.

So the criteria of moral judgment we are told must be employed whenever the Religion of Peace is named is instantly jettisoned the moment pro-lifers can be blamed.

Let 2% of the homicides in the USA be caused by police shooting and there's an epidemic of racism somehow magically existing in big city police departments (all of whom have Democratic mayors and city councils and police chiefs). But let the vast majority of homicides be perpetrated by young black men preying on other young black men and there's absolutely no general trend much less any general conclusion to draw from it. It's just a complete mystery having nothing at all to do with culture or religion (or its lack). No, it's again such a complete mystery necessitating mass protests and more government spending and civilian disarmament.

I wonder...what would the country be like if we didn't have a double standard?

Jusad, you continue to speak my mind. Thank you.

The fact that there are tens of millions of pro-lifers and yet over the past 41 years there have been only 11 homicides and a dozen or so wounded in less than a dozen attacks by less than a dozen individuals shows that as a segment of the population, pro-lifers are far more peaceful than any other similar random group of Americans.

Add in the fact that of the 10 million committed pro-lifers (out of a movement numbering easily in the 50-60 million range), are also members of the NRA or other gun rights groups and this absence of violence is especially noteworthy.

Pro-lifers are out to win the hearts, minds, and souls of the women (and useless boyfriends) as well as the doctors and nurses. Half the leaders of the pro-life movement are post-abortive women or former abortionists or former clinic owners or former nurses.... so we're not dealing with a segment of Church Lady Pharisees here but a population of people who empathize and 'get it' and so are studiously non-violent.

To label all these folk with the broad brush of 'domestic terrorist' is an outrage. But it won't be met with outrage. Pro-lifers don't roll like that.

y'all is the singular but "all y'all" is the plural?
