No, the Cardinal, says now that it is because this particular exorcist had become an internet sensation and exorcists should do their exorcisms in confidentiality, like hearing confessions!

I read on social media today where another social media celebrity exorcist was complaining about no use of Latin in modern Masses. He said this is the devil’s playground, no Latin, because, as everyone knows, demons hate Latin.
I tried to look that up in the CCC and could not find any defined teachings that demons hate Latin. I think they hate everything though.
This famous social media exorcist went on to say that he has seen demons stay in a modern vernacular Mass until the consecration but they leave immediately in a Latin Mass of the Ancient Form.
Really? How can we prove or disprove this exorcist’s musings?
Thank God for bishops who are trying to reign in this kind of nonsense.
I say that demons hate when we stick with the teachings of the Church, the Deposit of Faith and Morals and fidelity to Scripture and Tradition. And demons hate any of that in whatever language, to include Latin.
