Perhaps this is what President Biden truly believes or subconsciously he is striking out at those democrats who overthrew him in an election year political Ouster.
Certainly it is an endorsement of the republican candidate, a try at an attempt to rally votes against Harris in a political settling of scores:

If you mean how to respond to Biden’s donning of a Trump hat and/or Father McDonald’s comments, well, I already did that.
If you mean, how to respond to your comment, well, no response is necessary, is it? Everybody probably knows you posted talking point number 66 in the Trump campaign playbook issued to all cult members.
But had a response been necessary, why would I ask the DNC? I am neither a Democrat nor a MAGA Republican and am quite able to think for myself. You should try it sometime. It’s quite liberating.
