When I heard the intro to Ray Repp's "Allelu", just for a second, I thought there was a mistake and it was going to be "I'm A Believer" by the Monkees.
Those horrid "Viennese" vestments were what got the previous Papal MC fired I'd wager :)
I like the Melanesian music. It went on for a bit, though. After a while began to wondered if we make their ambassador sit through all of 'MacArthur Park".

Think about the recent stories about the fairly widespread problems with outright disobedience (if not heresy in some cases) in the Austrian Church.
If those horrid powder-blue tye-dyed vestments are considered a "Viennese" style then could they be a kind of ecclesiastical cultural barometer of the current (and recent past) sorry state of the Austrian Church?
