I have always blessed throats after the Sunday Mass nearest to February 3rd, after Candlemas. Thus I will do it after the Candlemas Mass this weekend as well as on Monday which is the Feast of St. Blaise. What will you experience on Candlemas?

I would love to. Of the five parishes here locally, only one is offering the personal throat blessing on Monday, none on Sunday. Your old parish here doesn’t even offer Mass on Monday due to Pastor’s day off.
