Yes, Father, it is a quite wonderful example of what such things could be. Sadly, however, I fear it is the rarest of exceptions, and that most are as banal as the ones inflicted upon us in my archdiocese.
If Bishop Hartmayer will do next year's video showing him offering the EF, I'll triple my gift.
Another reason the Diocese of Madison is the place to be. :D
