St. Francis de Sales Oratory in Sulphur, Louisiana, was sold many years ago to the city and became a courthouse. The courthouse look could also pass as a wreckovation for the NO Liturgy. Kind of funny if not so sad.
But then the ICKSP purchased the former church turned court house and restored it in a magnificent way!

Your comment about the courthouse look is on point. Expectation: The people "man-up" and accept it, no questions asked. How distracting and disruptive! The restoration is indeed worthy of divine worship and it projects what one should be reflecting upon while so doing.
