There is an eye opening article in the Pillar today that shows how divisive the synod has become and has and is causing grave polarization, which in my most humble opinion, will lead to a major schism in the European Church, similar to what happened at the Protestant Reformation.
Thanks be to God there are some sane and orthodox voices naming the demons of this poison of polarization that will lead to schism.
One of them is Archbishop Jan Graubner of Prague. This is what he said:“For months we have been trying, following the invitation of Pope Francis, to meet in an atmosphere open to the Holy Spirit, learning to listen to each other,” the Prague archbishop said. “We can say that we have understood everything that oppresses or hurts many people, what they need and want within the Church community, and what they would like to change.”
“However, we failed to discover the sensus fidei of the faithful. It is clear that many people, while working actively in the Church, are familiar neither with the Bible, nor with the teachings of the Church, and this does not really come out in favor of our work.”
He added that it was “now paramount to listen to God’s voice and ask ourselves: what is Jesus, who founded the Church community and invited us to join it, telling us?”

What Archbishop Graubner stated is the sad fact and truth about the post-Vatican II Church. A huge swath of today's Catholics are not and have never been familiar with the Bible and the teachings of the Church contained in the Catechism of the Catholic Church. For all practical purposes, when they voice a statement about what they believe, they think that simply believing it makes it true--a Neo-Gnosticism, spiritual belief disconnected from the corpus of teachings found in the Deposit of Faith.
Unfortunately, within many in the hierarchy, there is a
belief that simply because someone is baptized, they are magically
infused with true knowledge about God, Jesus and doctrine, independent
from the use of any kind of proper catechesis or use of truth and
reason. Nonetheless, they are incorporated into the Church's ministries of leadership and sometimes elevated above those who have had serious academic courses leading to a proper understanding of the Faith and Morals of the Church.
These Neo-Gnostics are formed by the ideologies of current fads and political factions of secularism promoting all kinds of things alien to the Deposit of Faith. They study and embrace these in an unthinking or uncritical manner.
Then, confirming what Archbishop Graubner said of those who are familiar neither with the Bible of the teachings of the Church not really coming out in favor of synodality, the completely heterodox and schismatic Bishop Georg Bätzing makes this incredible remark which is hard to believe it is coming out of a bishop in union with the pope:
“We hear that women expect more participation and involvement — and that this is a concern of the whole Church. We hear that the faithful want to have a voice when their affairs are deliberated and decided. We hear that new forms are being sought to shape the priestly office.”
“We hear that strengthening ecumenism is a heartfelt concern of the whole Catholic Church. We hear that the Church should be open to people whose lifestyles do not conform to the Catechism’s norms, including queer persons.”
He added: “We hear and understand these concerns. I share them personally. I see my task as president of the German bishops’ conference as bringing them into the worldwide process that is meant to renew the Church.”

Invincible ignorance applies to much of the hierarchy. I remember well that post Council true training in the Faith stopped quite abruptly at least in my school - my younger siblings clearly did not receive the training my older brother and I received. Really shocking when you think about it.
It is demonic spirits who serve, influence, and exploit the weakness of man to lead him engage in such anti-God practices as unnatural sexual activity and transgenderism.
In our day and age, their strategy has been to subvert the teaching of God's Holy Church on earth through human agency under their influence, and to persuade ecclesiastic authorities to take a different approach to these sinful practices and to spiritually accommodate such poor souls. Now of course we should treat such persons we encounter with Christian charity, but the correct spiritual approach is that we should accompany those who participate in such practices with intercessory prayer and fasting so that they may be delivered from the clutches of the Evil one and his minions. Love of neighbor and charity toward others are the way in which we should act,but we should not allow how we should conduct ourselves as Christians to be seen as acquiescence and acceptance of those practices which are a grave offense against God.
And this is what St Paul spoke about in his letter to the Romans:
"For although they knew God they did not accord him glory as God or give him thanks. Instead, they became vain in their reasoning, and their senseless minds were darkened."
"And since they did not see fit to acknowledge God, God handed them over to their undiscerning mind to do what is improper."
"Therefore, God handed them over to degrading passions. Their females exchanged natural relations for unnatural,
and the males likewise gave up natural relations with females and burned with lust for one another. Males did shameful things with males and thus received in their own persons the due penalty for their perversity."
We as Catholics are called to imitate Christ in how we live. How can it be that anyone in such a lifestyle and involved such in evil practices can do that?
As St. Paul also wrote:
"For I am not ashamed of the gospel. It is the power of God for the salvation of everyone who believes: for Jew first, and then Greek.
For in it is revealed the righteousness of God from faith to faith; as it is written, “The one who is righteous by faith will live."
Mark 31:
"And he began to teach them that the Son of Man must suffer many things and be rejected by the elders and the chief priests and the scribes and be killed, and after three days rise again. 32 And he said this plainly. And Peter took him aside and began to rebuke him. 33 But turning and seeing his disciples, he rebuked Peter and said, “Get behind me, Satan! For you bare not setting your mind on the things of God, but on the things of man.”
The European Synodal cabal acts like Peter including Peter in Rome.
