From www.eater.com: Notably pious chicken sandwich chain Chick-fil-A is famous for being closed on Sunday, but a forthcoming location in the sin city of Las Vegas will supposedly serve seven days a week. That’s the local rumor, anyway. That would be a major change for the chain, which currently opens on Sundays only in the wake of tragedies and emergencies. A company spokesperson tells local blog Vital Vegas, “we would very much like to have more restaurants in the Las Vegas area,” but there is no confirmation nor denial of this specific report. Update: April 6, 2:15 p.m. A Chick-fil-A spokesperson tells Eater, “@e have no new locations to confirm at this time.”
You will be assimilated (by Mammon). Resistance is futile. This Chick Fil A opening on Sunday is only a rumour but it makes sense because having one on the Strip in sin city could make it the most profitable of the whole operation. Nevertheless, America is about guns and profit, as these are the cornerstone gods of the contemporary state religion often mis-labeled "Freedom". Challenge one of those 2 even on moral grounds and you are an outcast to be shunned, if not in peril for your survival.
Since when is eating chicken on Sunday a betrayal? If we’re out traveling on a Sunday & CFa is closed, we drive on by to Wendy’s or Arby’s. Does that make US heathens?
Well, it isn't about chicken...LOL! Chic Filet is known for refraining from "servile labor" on Sunday...a Catholic teaching. Of course, it is a futile, but appreciated by some, gesture in the face of the secular onslaught. But, I remember when the only things open on Sunday were hospitals, fire departments, and law-enforcement agencies. There was sometimes a rare filling station (most filled up on Saturday in anticipation) open out on the highway, but only after church. You could usually find a hotel or motel restaurant open somewhere. Nobody fished or hunted on Sunday (there were ordinances against it many places), and people would not even cut their grass. The day was oriented around church and family. We were better off then, but no one either cares or is aware of what has been lost.
Ah the memories. I remember those days and they were good. What really steams me is that children's sporting events are held on Sunday and you know what that means? They go to the park rather than to the Church.

That is going to take some discernment in an internal forum. Maybe build it next to one of those quickie marriage chapels and divorce courts.
