What strikes me about both of these photos is that they are joyfully bringing their Faith out into the street. That's what we need more of.
One of the most impressive sights I've ever seen was a video of a Eucharistic Procession in Manhattan. As the Procession wound it's way through the streets the crowds, stopped, stared, parted and wondered. Some few understood, but most were in awe. THAT'S Evangelization and Preaching the Gospel without words.
I like the public display as well. I wish our country had more opportunities for public processions like the Mexicans are bringing to us. My post was tongue in cheek about the Polish citizens processing in Miami because after I saw the first picture Fr. Dawid sent me, I kidded him that Poland had to have those kinds of greens for they don't have any palms in Poland, but evidently they do import some nice ones as the second picture is Poland too. :) Carrissme is Fr. Dawid's way of addressing me in Italian, the Italian that I am and the Pole that he is!
Be careful about what you say about my buddy Bill d H. from Praywhine,he's done more to promote my blog there and increase my readership than anyone else! I love Bill, I know he's reading this!:)
