More insane liturgical oddities that make no sense and denigrates that liturgical action. Which altar of the two, looks closer and more important? The old altar. One’s eye is naturally drawn to it. The lower one is obscured by the higher one and the higher one looks or the eye’s perception makes it look closer and more pronounced.
Why or why did liturgists lead ordinary parishes to do something so stupid, insane and opposed to good liturgy and the reverence it should produce? Why?????
