Today’s Papal Requiem Mass for Pope Benedict, Cardinal Pell and others. The Gregorian Chanting of the Propers very nice as well as the Latin, but ugh, the going backwards old altar arrangement of Piero Marini:
Of the needed reforms the first priority is to have the priest facing the same direction as the rest of the people. As soon as he turns around, he becomes the focus of attention...and that leads to many other ills.
