Pasta is good old dependable---just some sauce (no meat of course!) and maybe some cheese and pepper on top. But I guess if I follow the old Jewish custom---the ecclesiastical day goes sundown to sundown, not Midnight to Midnight, well, then I could have some meat at say 9 pm tonight, right, as it would be the start of Saturday? Official sunset in Atlanta is 6:43 pm tonight.
Had some tuna this morning (no bread or mayo - plain tuna from the can) and a cup of coffee. Nothing else to eat or drink today until supper this evening: baked breaded fish fillets with (home made) cole slaw and (home made- baked) french fries, and liquid vitamins (mango flavor) in water to drink.
That's it until tomorrow.... (maybe water later if I get thirsty).
