Just cannot get into gourmand who is rounder every later photo, who lives off donations and mechandise sales, spends huge money and time on hobbies and travels, posts photos of his in-crowd gatherings including the White House, and him giving religious advice and seemingly lacking even a parish, hunkered down in a Florida condo while struggling in Rome to keep his collar. His main claim to fame being an internet-priest-voice of the disgruntled ultra-trad. But spiritual leader? Nah....just a "media personality".
I am not being judgenental when I state most of his posts are blatant sales pitches, pleas for support, linking to Amazon, monastic wine and beer sales, followed by gourmet cooking lessons, ham radio and now chess pushes, and travelogs of his travels to Rome and etc, followed by more pleas for support to pay his daily bills, insurance "and everything". He knows his Latin and doctrines, but has gone from being a priest with a parish to an internet mooch, and he put himself in this spot through his own hubris. I feel sorry for the guy, but sermons from him on being holy, which is the point of the religion, I don't need.
