The things pastors do for their flock. I have always preferred immersion to pouring. The young woman who baptizes me by immersion is Zoe and she is entering the Immaculate Heart of Mary Sisters based in Wichita, a traditional order which does not advocate for women's Holy Orders. But in an emergency anyone can baptize:
