I like that shot of the Pope in his rocker in his dressing room before the show. How many Popes do we have now, anyways? Ten, I think, but might have missed two or three. You can always spot them by the glasses. They tour regularly, great show, especially the live cat juggling, and had no idea they were in the Southeast right now. I need to buy tickets.
Hard to keep them all straight, but am pretty sure those shots are of the Pope Al character, doing his famous water bucket gag, he goes down the aisle acting like he is sprinkling people with water, but, the bucket is empty....and get this, people cross themselves and genuflect anyhow! A SCREAM, I tell you.
Speaking of screams, my FAVORITE Pope Al gag is the joy buzzer made to look like a host....anyone tries to take Communion in the hand, and BZZZZZZT!

It does look a bit odd to see the very back of the Cathedral, where the altar clearly used to be, and you doing ad orientum on the free-standing one a distance back, but I guess you make do with what you have. I won't ask what bishop had the altar moved! 250 miles to your northwest, our cathedral still has the big back altar, but in a much smaller sanctuary than your cathedral. And we still have the altar rails, though I don't think they are used often, if at all.
Is there a difference between the chasubles worn at an EF Mass versus an OF one? The ones in the former look more "formal", but is that a requirement or just a preference?
Sometimes I have seen in an Anglican Eucharist the priest wears the chasuble only from the offertory on, while just an alb and stole for the first portion or maybe a cope. I am not sure what the purpose of that is...maybe to distinguish the two main parts of the Mass? Years ago, at a Catholic church in Columbia (South Carolina) that was made up of former Episcopalians, the priest placed the chasuble on the altar rail (yes, they were allowed to have that) for the first part and put it on after the creed. But certainly the chasuble should be worn at least for the second portion. Of course in some Episcopal churches, the chasuble is not worn---like at the traditionally low Church, almost evangelical Cathedral Church of the Advent in Birmingham (the one in America, not Britain1). Watch their Easter Eucharist, and the celebrant was wearing cassock, surplice and tippit. Appalling! Talk about dressing down for Easter! But lets face it, low-church Anglicans don't like to wear ornate, or even not so ornate, vestments!

I wear what the MC there puts out for me. The quality of EF vestments in not consistently high there though.

The EF does not burlap or tye dyeo chasubles like the OF
