1) How an adult authority figure (father/figure) finds ways to have his way with an unsuspecting minor
2) What this sort of abuse does to the unsuspecting minor and why he doesn't reveal to anyone else in authority what is happening
Is it just about homosexual sex on the part of the offender who is married and has his own children? Or is it about some other sort of pathology related to power and sexual dominance?

Short answer, yes. The sex of the victim may not matter. If there is a link with a power predator and regular holmosexuality it is in the need to place self above all else.
