CARDINAL PELL SOUNDING MORE PAPAL THAN THE POPE; POPE FRANCIS MUST BE AS CLEAR, UNAMBIGUOUS AND STRAIGHT FORWARD IN HIS SPEECH AS CARDINAL PELL!

God bless Cardinal Pell for this video conversation. He is clear, unambiguous and diagnoses the problem with secularizing liberal tendency in other Christian communions and some synod fathers and Catholic Churches in some countries going out of business because of it! The Church, meaning the true Church will never go down the path of abandoning Christ, His teachings in Sacred Scripture, Tradition and natural law.  If only Pope Francis would be as clear and follow the advice of Cardinal Leo Raymond Burke and clarify for the world what the Church is even if it means a smaller but purer Church, by God!

We need a miracle for clear language to flow from Francis' mouth. We have enough evidence from him now to know who and what he is. Liberal clerics specialize in rambling on and on without saying much so that chaos can ensue through creative interpretation. The exception appears to be Kasper and the others who wrote the first draft. They violated their own dishonest rule and spoke too clearly. What's amazing is that we have guys in power at the family synod circus who were all appointed by JPII and B16 who should be nowhere close to the Vatican but yet we are stuck with them. We need to constantly pray for good an holy vocations

Francis is not going to. It's what he wants....

When will you wake up and smell the bacon...

Hey Father, you told us we were silly to worry about the synod. You said it was just about making annulments "easier".

As it turns out it is bringing the Church to the very brink of Hell.

Cardinals and bishops promoting evil, saying active homosexual behavior was not only good but had a transcendence that could teach the church something! We have cardinals and bishops openly promoting sacrilege. We had a cardinal, specially appointed by the current pope, who said we can't use the word adultery when referring to divorced Catholics who "remarry" because it's offensive.

I don't want an apology from you Father. I want you to wake up and smell the reality, not sheep, of what is going on. Stop defending the indefensible and teach the Catholic Faith clearly and in totality. That's your duty as a priest. We the laity need faithful priests not proven liars like Cardinal Kasper who would lead us into the arms of Satan. And I trust that calling Cardinal Kasper a proven liar isn't being uncharitable because he is in fact a proven liar.

I think the God of surprises is acting in this synod and on Pope Francis in the most surprising way imaginable! And yes this may well be a major turning point for this papacy and the Church but not in the cynical way YOU think !

I think today it just got real for the Holy Father.

Yes, for all his so-called humility the homily His Holiness gave on Monday was the apex of pride and arrogance. God has put him in his place unless the Holy Father saw this playing out as it has in order to shore up the truth. I want to give His Holiness the benefit of the doubt here.
But true humility for this pope would have been to embrace all the trappings of the papacy beginning with day one on that loggia! As much as he has a disdain for the court, it would have been a sign of humility for him to have kept it all, true humility like that of Pope Pius X who didn't like the trappings of the papacy, mocked them, but wore them gloriously!

It would be cheaper for him to live in the apostolic palace, the whole floor of the hotel is turned over for his security at great cost.

Now we have this!

The Sistine Chapel rented out to Porche for a gala dinner and concert.

The abomination of desolation!

God bless you Father, I think we can get a sense of your suffering.

I'm glad I'm not the only one that notices his arrogance.

This pontificate is making my blood boil...Thank goodness it's my birthday and tomorrow there will be an alcoholic beverage with my name on it to deal with this craziness. God help us all

Prime Ministers must resign when they loose the confidence of their parliaments. New elections are held. That is how to smell the sheep really.

Of course, he could also apologize. Now that would be true humility!

Joe, there ain't enough alcoholic beverages to deal with it...

Many times throughout history, when the Church did not have pope willing and able to speak out in defense of the faith, God has provided a St. Athanasius to do so. Deo gratias for Cardinals Burke and Pell.
